Your property faces different threats in every season. More than generator maintenance, we ensure your property’s entire electrical system is safe during every season.

Our Membership includes a full electrical inspection with detailed report during our annual or bi-annual routine checks. First the Spring “Wake Up” to ensure your dock, boathouse & shoreline power systems are safe & ready for the summer. We re-energize circuits such as decorative lighting and air conditioning, reset timers, turn off non-essential heating systems and more.

We then follow up with a rigorous Pre-Winter “Deep Freeze” protocol in the Fall season. Not limited to: testing heat trace lines, smoke/co function, backup generator servicing, remote monitoring, and shedding unnecessary loads before the snow falls.
